Native New Yorker Jerarda Rivero was raised in Mexico City. Ever since she can remember, jewelry has captivated and hypnotized her; she considers it a powerful staple of self-expression. In her teens, Jerarda improvised, she ofter got lost threading beads and creating symmetrical designs. In later years, she began working with different metals and techniques and her creations gained a unique organic language. She improvised her first workshop on the rooftop of her parent’s house. Her first collection Metal Melt gained immediate press, recognition, and attention, and made its first appearance in New York's Fashion Week, Mexico's Fashion Week, London's Graduate Fashion Week, and many renounced magazines such as Elle, Harper's Bazaar, Grazia, Jute Magazine, Nylon, DNA, Cosmopolitan, Solstice Magazine, Glamour, Vulkan, Eluxe Magazine, HUF Magazine, InStyle and more. Her handcrafted pieces are bold, powerful, unique, and mesmerizing. 

Additionally, Jerarda has been recognized for her accomplishments as a designer. In 2014, Jerarda was nominated for Marie Claire's best jeweler of the year. In 2015, Jerarda was top five finalist in Mexico's Design Biennale 
#8BND. In 2017, Jerarda has been chosen for an exhibition and book: "Retratos de la moda en México" as one of the 30 personalities that influenced the fashion in Mexico city. 

Jerarda’s work is innovative and she is constantly working with new techniques. Recently she’s launched her fine jewelry line as well.
